•Drive Customer Impact by assessing Industry Cloud implementations for strategic customers and delivering expert recommendations on architecture, lifecycle management, reliability, and feature adoption.
•Lead with Multi-Cloud Expertise by acting as SME across Industry Clouds, guiding architecture strategy, product best practices, and staying ahead of innovations.
•Communicate with Clarity by translating complex technical concepts for both technical teams and executives.
•Innovate & Solve Problems by identifying design inefficiencies and proposing product enhancements or custom solutions.
•Execute Proven Strategies by tailoring Success Architect playbooks to customer needs and driving adoption and tech health.
