Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe work environment and comply with all safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
  • •Follow company policies and manager directions for daily tasks and specific projects; report problems to your manager.
  • •Repair components involved in ready-mix processing equipment and troubleshoot mechanical equipment within the plant.
  • •Maintain and operate a field service truck and provide tools for welding, fabrication, and millwright work.
  • •Follow lockout/tagout procedures and work with company maintenance crews and contractors as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to work weekends and be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
  • •Pass pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check, and pass a pre-employment “Fit for Work” physical.

  • •Minimum high school diploma or GED; 2 years related experience is preferred.
  • •Must follow safety requirements and be able to wear required PPE; a valid driver’s license is required (CDL is a plus).
