Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through multiple businesses and functional groups within Finance for approximately two years.
  • •Support business needs through assignments such as business partnering, FP&A, accounting, internal audit, and treasury.
  • •Contribute to each assignment while gaining exposure to Bose’s finance operations.
  • •Develop business and technical skills with the goal of transitioning into a longer-term Finance role.
  • •Participate in hands-on learning and development opportunities during the program.
