  • •Oversee the architectural design of complex AI systems, AI enablement strategies, data engineering, and governance controls.
  • •Lead, scale, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects, fostering engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, building products and platforms with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial capacity managing Architecture teams.
  • •Extensive Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying distributed, cloud-native architectures, especially AWS.
  • •AI First Product & Tech Strategies: Experience with building AI native products and technologies.
  • •Strategic Communication: Demonstrated ability to gain buy-in for large-scale technical shifts from both executive leadership and hands-on engineering teams.
  • •Change Management and Architectural Transformations: Experience leading digital transformations in rapidly growing environments; financial acumen to analyze technology trade-offs via TCO/ROI.
