Job Summary

Support HSBC’s customer due diligence (CDD) work by applying IDV/KYC requirements across different client types and completing CDD reviews on time. Monitor and adapt to changing AML and compliance policies and procedures, and understand the regulatory environment affecting day-to-day activities. Use strong product and line-of-business knowledge to support process migration and deliver excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop thorough knowledge of line of business procedures and policies, and navigate client types with different IDV/KYC requirements.
•Track and adopt changes to policies and procedures; understand the regulatory environment and how it impacts day-to-day activities.
•Build product knowledge across projects and lines of business to support successful migration/performance of processes.
•Complete Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Reviews in a timely manner and adhere to periodic review timelines based on client risk rating.
•Perform outgoing/incoming calls and provide customer service and assistance to customers on CDD projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, business, or a related discipline.
•2–3 years of experience with demonstrated interest in the finance industry, application support, and problem resolution.
•Analytical mindset with strong self-motivation; ability to work under pressure, prioritize independently, and multitask without impacting deliverables.
•Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills; fluent English is a must.
•Ability to accept work locations in Foshan and Guangzhou and speak Cantonese/Mandarin and English fluently.
