Job Summary

Support workforce planning and hiring transparency by developing and maintaining staffing and hiring reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics. Analyze hiring and staffing data to surface trends, risks, and actionable insights for leadership and business partners. Partner with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent reporting and accurate staffing/organizational data, and prepare executive summaries, presentations, and audit/regulatory response support.

•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and automated reporting from large datasets.
•Maintain reports/dashboards/operational metrics with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
•Strong written and verbal communication plus the ability to organize multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
