Lead operational functions for commercial lending transaction processing, syndicated loan servicing, and quality control activities. •Collaborate with stakeholders (Loan Booking, Quality Control, and onshore operational teams) and manage risk mitigation.
•Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence, including onboarding and role-specific leadership training.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of people-leadership experience and experience managing operational teams.
•Banking and Financial Services experience (mandatory) with strong commercial lending operations knowledge.
•Overall 8 years of relevant experience.
•Strong knowledge of Loan IQ, syndications, quality control, and risk management.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
