Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with local legislation and standards (including OSHA, ISO, and relevant regulations).
  • •Conduct audits, inspections, safety drills, and ongoing risk assessments; update and communicate controls.
  • •Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Design, deliver, and promote HSE training and safety culture through workshops, briefings, and regular communication.
  • •Develop and lead emergency response plans and procedures; oversee security protocols and systems (access control, CCTV, alarms).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, industrial hygiene, or related field.
  • •5-7 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and implement safety programs with proven regulatory compliance and incident investigation experience.
  • •Develop and deliver HSE training programs covering safety practices, emergency procedures, and workplace hazards.
  • •Professional certifications such as CSP or CIH (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
