Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and communicate supply strategy, align stakeholders, and ensure best practices and economies of scale.
  • •Lead savings delivery and operating cash-flow programmes across categories/clusters/business units.
  • •Manage procurement and supplier activities: decision-making, competitive insight use, and supplier network/alliances.
  • •Optimize financial and budgetary requirements; establish metrics, tools, and processes to improve sourcing and efficiencies.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in strategic sourcing, while supporting HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience with 5+ years of relevant procurement experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
  • •Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contract terms.
  • •Analytical ability for cost analysis, supplier performance evaluation, and cost-savings opportunities.
  • •ERP capability with a preference for SAP functional skills.
