  • •Manage preventative maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, utilities, and operational systems.
  • •Coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and construction projects.
  • •Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  • •Monitor facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical infrastructure.

Key Requirements
