Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and conduct user research (usability studies, interviews, surveys) to uncover user needs and pain points.
  • •Create interaction designs including wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate product functionality and journeys.
  • •Develop visual and information design deliverables (high-fidelity mockups and design specs) aligned with the brand and design system.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate UX research synthesis, UX writing, design exploration, and rapid prototyping.
  • •Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate, responsive implementation; iterate designs with stakeholder and end-user feedback and maintain UX guidelines and component libraries.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of complete UX design experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or networking products.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design, HCI, graphic design, or a related field.
  • •Strong proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping), including Figma Make and AI-assisted prototyping workflows.
  • •Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, and emerging AI tools for UX research, ideation, UX writing, and rapid prototyping.
  • •Familiarity with usability testing tools such as UserTesting and Maze; plus a basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
