Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets.
  • •Manage general contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
  • •Analyse and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
  • •Review construction proposals, pricing/scopes, work-in-place for capital expenditure, cost-loaded schedules, and audit contractor cost estimates.
  • •Run and lead client/required meetings; identify cost-influencing factors, review requests for payment, and support claims, disputes, modifications, and change orders.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager for major construction projects; data centre construction experience preferred.
  • •Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations.
  • •Strong, professional communication and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • •Willingness to work 5 days on the construction site and travel regularly within Norway; fluent English (Norwegian language skills are a plus).
