Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems that synthesize engagement signals into product signals teams can act on.
  • •Establish mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact using dashboards and KPIs.
  • •Own analysis behind major product bets, including competitive positioning, agent capability expansion, and unit economics for running agents at scale.
  • •Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals (planning cycles, roadmap reviews, monthly business reviews).
  • •Build run-of-business systems that scale (launch calendars, intake frameworks, RACI structures) and drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, product or corporate strategy, consulting, or a closely related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
  • •Experience building processes and programs from scratch and scaling them thoughtfully.
  • •Strong ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data (usage metrics, feedback themes, retention signals) into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs.
  • •Ability to pull data yourself rather than waiting on a queue.
  • •Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
