Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary advisor to senior leadership on Gold Line Metro portfolio priorities and benefits realization, ensuring alignment with strategy, governance, and technical standards.
  • •Oversee program-level design tracking and review, approve integration of sustainability requirements, and ensure adherence to approved design delivery schedules.
  • •Monitor program lifecycle and performance across milestones, budgets, resource utilization, and risk analysis; prepare progress and completion reports highlighting deviations and recovery actions.
  • •Manage testing, commissioning, certification, and delivery of assets and documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, spare parts lists) to relevant departments by approved timelines.
  • •Champion digital transformation and predictive project control by integrating tools such as BIM, GIS, and AI-enabled tracking, and guide continuous improvement and benchmarking initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or Infrastructure Planning.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 13 years in program management in a related functional area.
  • •At least 5 years of experience with government agencies.
  • •Professional Certificate in Program Management (PgMP) and PMP Certificate is a must.
  • •Experience overseeing program lifecycle activities including planning, design review, delivery milestones, and reporting.
