Job Summary

Own and prioritize the product backlog for agile teams, translating business vision and requirements into testable user stories with acceptance criteria. Represent the business and customers throughout delivery, partnering with business owners, SMEs, UX partners, designers, developers, testers, and IT to develop, execute, and release aligned to roadmaps. Execute user acceptance testing and production validation, and apply risk and compliance policies while supporting change adoption.

•Partner with business and subject matter experts to understand strategy and vision, then write, refine, accept, and prioritize stories/features for compliant, high-value solutions.
•Own and maintain a prioritized agile work backlog with complete user stories and acceptance criteria; review and accept deliverables to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
•Represent the business and customers throughout the product delivery cycle as the direct business representative on delivery teams.
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop, execute, and release work aligned with program and/or product road maps.
•Execute robust test plans including user acceptance testing and production validation; identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk/compliance policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
•3-4 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis, or directly related business operations/product line.
•Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicable databases, and project management tools.
•Proficient knowledge with multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
•Proficient experience analyzing business requirements to streamline processes in line with risk management and regulatory requirements.
