•Maintain strong store presence by spending 75-80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe environment
•Partner with leadership by collaborating with managers to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
•Monitor and investigate using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses
•Incident response by de-escalating situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience
