Become a Retail Personal Banker I by completing a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, followed by a certification. Support revenue growth and customer experience while processing teller transactions and partnering with Business Partners for referrals.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete onboarding and education rotations (operations and Sales & Service) to transition into Retail Personal Banker I responsibilities.
•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and support periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and participate in retail loan and bankcard processes, including originating loans through closing and opening/closing financial centers or bank marts as directed.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
