Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and execute quality plans and inspection strategies for heat exchanger and pressure vessel manufacturing.
  • •Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, codes, and customer requirements to define inspection and verification points.
  • •Analyze quality data to identify trends, create KPIs, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Compile and review Manufacturer Data Reports (MDRs) and quality documentation packages for customer submission.
  • •Conduct internal audits, investigate nonconformances, lead root-cause analysis, and verify corrective action effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ months of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Planning, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • •6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment with quality systems and inspection processes.
  • •6+ months of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
