Job Summary

Own OnePay credit growth across a Walmart territory spanning Dallas, TX and Tulsa, OK by partnering with market and store leadership to increase applications, new accounts, and credit sales. Execute market/store initiatives, drive merchandising and point-of-sale rollout, coach store teams through field engagement, and build credit awareness through programs and events. Track KPIs, deliver performance reporting, monitor competition, ensure compliance, manage travel/field marketing budgets, and support openings or relocations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management, or HS diploma/GED and 5+ years in the same fields.
•Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
•Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience.
•Minimum 2 years developing presentations and pitching to management.
•Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; willing to travel up to 75% and must live in the assigned territory.
