Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Build client relationships through product expertise and tailored styling, drive sales via cross-selling and upselling, and meet individual/store KPIs. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, while completing day-to-day operational tasks like inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and follow retail and asset protection procedures.
