Key Responsibilities

•Win new business by identifying the right contacts at prospective customers and owning the deal from first call to close and beyond.
•Own customer feedback and ensure it reaches the wider PostHog team and product org.
•Be hyper responsive and act as an extension of the customer’s team, prioritizing clear communications in Slack.
•Become an expert on all PostHog products to demonstrate value and drive adoption.
•Turn inbound and outbound lead flow into a real pipeline and effectively close deals.

•Deep understanding of PostHog’s products, including feature flags and data warehouse; ability to advise on configuration, SDKs, and integration into existing stacks.
