Key Responsibilities

  • •Build high-throughput data-intensive integrations across databases, data lakes, and data warehouses (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB; Iceberg, Delta Lake; BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • •Handle production edge cases including unusual database setups, data type internals, upgrades/failovers, and large transactions.
  • •Own end-to-end reliability by debugging production issues with runtime diagnostics and observability tooling (metrics, logging, tracing).
  • •Improve infrastructure and tooling to increase reliability, reduce incident response time, and simplify/automate operations.
  • •Drive product innovation by working with customers, leading technical discussions, and participating in on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of industry experience building data-intensive software solutions.
  • •Proficiency in Go, or systems programming experience with willingness to ramp up in Go.
  • •Cloud-native experience deploying and operating services on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • •Practical experience with Kubernetes.
  • •Strong production debugging and problem-solving skills with clear written and verbal communication.
