Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, including RFQs, RFPs, and shortlist interviews.
  • •Lead must-win proposals from capture through interview stage across multiple disciplines/geographies.
  • •Develop and direct proposal work products including schedules, templates, content plans, annotated outlines, drafts, compliance matrices, and executive summaries.
  • •Manage team performance and ensure compliant, quality deliverables; serve as a color team and/or compliance reviewer for must-win pursuits.
  • •Allocate workload, drive cross-skilling/upskilling, monitor must-win progress, and lead or support initiatives including AI integration into proposal processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •3+ years of people-management experience with a record of recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
  • •Demonstrated interest and working knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry with emphasis on U.S. Federal clients and projects.
  • •Proven ability to estimate level of effort, assign and balance workloads, lead diverse teams, and collaborate with business lines and client account managers.
  • •Excellent writing and editing skills with strong grammar, tone, and style, plus proficiency with desktop publishing and Microsoft Office tools.
