Job Summary

Conduct commodity market research to support the Global Research Division, including ownership of a global grain supply-demand forecast and maintenance of a research database. Build and maintain internal models, databases, and visual presentations to track key variables and market trends. Author reports and briefing materials for internal leaders and external customers, and deliver presentations across webinars, podcasts, and speaking engagements. Support special projects and collaborate with senior staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain understanding of trends and critical variables impacting grain supply and demand locally, regionally, and globally.
•Create and maintain internal models and databases, including visual presentations (graphs, tables).

•Author reports and briefing materials with recommendations on industry trends, structural changes, and policy initiatives.
•Prepare and deliver presentations and participate in speaking engagements, internal/external speaking, and industry events.

Key Requirements

•Ability to apply economic theory and statistical analysis to real-world situations.
