Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert the Master Schedule into a 1–4 week operational facility production schedule aligned to internal manufacturing capacity.
  • •Create production schedules for all items and level-load daily schedules by analyzing resource capacity and constraints to optimize throughput and meet delivery goals.
  • •Direct daily WIP workflow through analysis of reports, cross-functional inputs, and the critical ratio tool.
  • •Align and set resource priorities across the factory to maximize efficiency and material flow to meet customer ship schedules.
  • •Track Repairs SIOP file and forecast and Aftermarket Repairs BOS metrics; participate in CI/process improvements and standard work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or supply chain.
  • •SAP experience is required.
  • •Knowledge of industry materials management, lean manufacturing, and MRP/ERP.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
