Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and monitor the audit schedule for barges and onboard vessels to ensure contractual compliance.
  • •Ensure timely vessel readiness for projects from a compliance standpoint.
  • •Verify implementation of company lifting standards and onboard quality procedures; ensure equipment compliance with latest rules and regulations.
  • •Inspect certificates and HSE fixed/mobile equipment (LSA/FFA) per approved safety plans and ADNOC HSE/ARAMCO HSE standards.
  • •Perform onboard audits to identify NCRs, generate root-cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions/lessons learned, and support closeout with the compliance manager for review and acceptance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •NEBOSH or IOSH Diploma (or an equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification).
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in onshore and offshore oil & gas operations.
  • •Expert understanding of offshore operations, personnel, and equipment.
  • •Well-versed knowledge of ADNOC/ARAMCO HSE standards and strong communication skills.
