Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own APAC IT strategy across all regional entities, integrating the region into the global HelloFresh ecosystem.
  • •Lead an async-first, distributed team and document key decisions to enable time-zone-agnostic execution.
  • •Transform a service-desk model into a specialized IT Operations framework so local teams can operate autonomously with less escalation.
  • •Drive SLA performance, compliance, and audit posture using Jira Service Management insights and provide key metrics to global IT leadership.
  • •Optimize finance and influence global strategy through vendor negotiations, tooling consolidation, and infrastructure streamlining while championing AI-driven workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to lead across major time-zone gaps using clear written communication and structure over constant calls.
  • •Experience at the Associate Director level (or equivalent) with direct accountability for multi-country IT strategy and service delivery across APAC.
  • •Hands-on experience leading or partnering with IT operations in a Philippines-based BPO or shared-services environment, including regulatory requirements and multi-site logistics.
  • •Track record advising C-suite stakeholders and simplifying complex IT trade-offs into clear decisions.
  • •Expertise building and leading cross-cultural distributed teams, including performance calibration, coaching, and retention.
