Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex, high-impact adoption strategies across enterprise customer segments using AI analytics to guide planning and accelerate lifecycle delivery.
  • •Orchestrate Technical Adoption Planning (TAP), coordinating execution across cross-functional teams and aligning with account strategies, renewal motions, and expansion goals.
  • •Facilitate executive briefings, architecture-specific workshops, and scaled 1:many Insight Series to empower customer teams and measure business outcomes.
  • •De-risk deployments by integrating advanced telemetry and AI models, building multi-domain validation labs to address complex blockers.
  • •Evangelize across Cisco by translating field telemetry into product improvements and partnering with Sales, CXMs, and CSMs; also mentor technical talent across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field, or industry equivalent experience such as CCNP (Data Center, Service Provider, or Routing & Switching).
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in technical consulting or direct customer engagement roles with strong Data Center domain expertise.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting data center networks, including Data Center Network design and deployment.
  • •Deep expertise in modern data center infrastructure and networking protocols (including BGP, QoS, and switching), plus practical experience with data center technologies such as SAN/GPUs/FPGAs, virtualization and container platforms, and overlay technologies.
  • •Practical experience translating customer needs into adoption strategies using AI-driven insights and coordinating cross-functional execution.
