Job Summary

District Manager responsible for leading and developing all aspects of Alo’s Italy and Southern Europe region, including operations, budgets, staff development, client relations, and driving sales across multiple stores. You’ll manage store profitability, partner with HQ on business objectives, and build high-performing leadership teams to grow the Alo brand in a multi-market territory.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the brand’s retail strategies across Italy and Southern Europe, focusing on customer experience, client relations, employee performance, and community connectivity to increase brand awareness and traffic to stores.
•Provide leadership to store leadership teams, drive profitability, manage budgets, and ensure stores meet merchandising standards and sales targets.
•Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments, align with Alo’s guidance, and coach leadership to achieve KPIs.
•Maintain strong in-season business development, identify opportunities in product, sales, and team development, and present solutions to corporate.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with HQ and field teams to support organizational goals and ensure Alo brand standards are consistently applied.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in multi-store retail leadership or multi-unit high-volume retail management
•Proven ability to manage budgets, set financial goals, and drive profitability across stores
•Strong local market knowledge and competitive awareness in Italy and Southern Europe
•Experience developing store leadership, coaching teams, and achieving sales KPIs
•Excellent communication and collaboration with HQ partners and cross-functional teams
