Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and manage day-to-day banking center operations to ensure policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements are followed.
  • •Supervise work scheduling/workflow, train and coach lobby and teller staff, and conduct meetings, orientation, and security training.
  • •Maintain cash controls by ensuring daily transaction balancing, managing deposits, and assisting tellers with balancing issues.
  • •Oversee banking center functions and administration, including weekly logs, and monthly and quarterly audit requirements.
  • •Deliver customer service, resolve customer requests and complaints, cross-sell bank services, and support deposit growth and sales goals/incentives.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • •Minimum three years related experience in a financial institution.
  • •Minimum two years supervisory experience.
  • •Thorough knowledge of bank services and products, including understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills with attention to detail.
