Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) for advanced packaging manufacturing.
  • •Partner with foundry and OSAT partners to connect front-end and back-end manufacturing into one feasible production plan.
  • •Coordinate materials planning for critical advanced packaging materials to prevent shortages and excess/obsolete risk.
  • •Resolve capacity and scheduling conflicts across foundry and OSAT partners to protect customer commitments.
  • •Manage WIP and finished goods inventory and monitor planning KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, P2P attainment, cycle time) for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in master scheduling, materials planning, or production planning in the semiconductor industry.
  • •In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, assembly, and testing.
  • •Experience working with outsourced manufacturing partners (foundries, assembly/test), with direct foundry engagement preferred.
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
