Manage the daily teller function for a branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and bank policies while delivering accurate, high-quality customer service. Lead teller staff through training, scheduling coverage, coaching toward monthly referral goals, and completing performance reviews using teller records and the Teller Bonus Program. Handle teller cash/currency requirements, audits, and staffing actions, and support sales and special services as needed.
