Job Summary

Support the AIR ERP service by triaging and resolving incidents and problems for the production system. Manage user account maintenance activities, handle general AIR ERP operation queries, and coordinate verifications for account requests. Investigate issues with ERP users, progress requests to the relevant approver, and help drive continuous service improvement and cost reduction. Provide reporting and support service reviews with the AIR ERP Service and Operations team.

•Provide support to triage and fix incidents and problems in the Service Support Queue.
•Investigate incidents with ERP users to provide clarification and aid resolution.
•Conduct verifications/checks on account maintenance requests.
•Route general requests and queries to the relevant approver and support issue resolution.
•Support continuous service improvement, cost reduction, reporting, and service reviews for agreed service changes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 51,772

•Triage and resolve incidents and problems in the service support queue.
•Investigate issues with ERP users to clarify and aid incident resolution.
