Job Summary

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for Life Sciences organizations across multiple companies. Own project planning, governance, execution, budget, scope, risks, and change requests while harmonizing business processes and operating models. Manage data migration, master data governance, and integration workstreams across systems, drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making, and oversee delivery activities including testing, training, cutover, and hypercare to achieve successful go-lives and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation across multiple companies, including project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
•Establish project governance, steering committee cadence, executive reporting, and manage budget, scope, risks, and change requests.
•Drive business transformation by harmonizing processes across entities and facilitating workshops for future-state operating models.
•Oversee legacy system assessment, data migration strategy, master data governance/cleansing, and integration workstreams across third-party systems and platforms.
•Ensure delivery quality by completing solution design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare; monitor delivery KPIs and support user adoption.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
•10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
•5+ years managing NetSuite implementation programs.
•Experience leading multi-entity or post-acquisition ERP transformations.
•Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Inventory processes, plus cross-functional and global stakeholder management.
