Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic CSP planning, monitoring, reporting, and engagement activities across the Western Australia Communities remit.
  • •Coordinate CSP assurance, internal and external reporting, standards compliance, and governance requirements, ensuring timely and accurate data and evidence.
  • •Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans, social risk registers, CSP action plans, and management actions to support informed decisions.
  • •Guide social risk and impact work across the asset lifecycle, including socio-economic baselines, social impact assessments, social impact management plans, and human rights studies.
  • •Manage community issues, complaints, grievances, and commitments in line with operational protocols and standards, and provide subject matter expertise for continuous improvement across CSP systems and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in Communities and Social Performance, community relations, social impact, human rights, ESG, or a closely related discipline.
  • •Capability in strategic CSP planning, project management, monitoring, reporting, assurance, and governance in a complex operational or project environment.
  • •Experience assessing and managing social risks and impacts using recognised methods such as socio-economic baselines, social impact assessments, or social impact management plans.
  • •Experience engaging and partnering with communities, Traditional Owners, Indigenous or land-connected peoples, government, and other external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to manage sensitive issues, complaints, grievances, and commitments with sound judgement, clear records, and appropriate escalation.
