Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain reports in Power BI and Tableau to meet reporting requirements and prioritize ongoing report improvements.
  • •Monitor data pipelines and refresh schedules, coordinating with IT Services to maintain trusted, high-quality institutional data.
  • •Interpret data and communicate key insights and recommendations clearly to a range of audiences.
  • •Support business-critical strategic planning processes including Student Number Planning, Fee Schedule production, the Workload Allocation Model, and Management Information Unit changes.
  • •Advise and train users on Tableau, Power BI, Simitive and other systems, while championing the University’s data culture.
