Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for high-net-worth business owner clients, delivering personalized wealth and retail banking products/services and ongoing service.
  • •Develop and deliver video and in-person presentations to groups to demonstrate and train on the value of a Wealth Business Advisors relationship.
  • •Establish and update understanding of client financial needs using personal financial planning analysis, coordinating information gathering and implementation of solutions.
  • •Meet revenue growth, profitability, and retention goals by developing new clients and expanding services with support from Wealth Advisors and Commercial relationship managers.
  • •Manage sales activity, pipeline, and related information in the bank’s client relationship management system, while ensuring credit and banking solutions are delivered with a “perfect client experience” and maintaining compliance with audit, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking, or equivalent education and training.
  • •Minimum of five years of experience working with affluent clients in banking, investments, financial planning, or equivalent outside sales/relationship management.
  • •Minimum of five years of business and retail lending experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory and investment management/asset allocation concepts, plus understanding of retail credit and traditional retail banking products for affluent clients.
  • •Applicable licenses including NASD Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) and state/health licensing; must be SAFE Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel occasionally overnight.
