Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the independent testing and monitoring program based on an annual risk-assessed plan and testing methodologies.
  • •Develop and maintain an operational risk coverage universe and conduct risk-based annual planning.
  • •Independently monitor operational risk trends and activities across the enterprise and support an effective challenge process.
  • •Perform Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Effectiveness (ToE) activities and maintain control testing documentation.
  • •Manage independent Second Line of Defense (2LoD) testing activities and coordinate de-duplicated independent risk assessments, including reporting to senior governance bodies.

Key Requirements

  • •CS/MBA/B.Tech or a Master's degree in Economics or Statistics (or related field) with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong understanding of the operational risk management lifecycle and issue management activities.
  • •Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Experience with process governance and familiarity with policies, regulatory frameworks, and operational standards.
  • •Experience in control testing, risk assessment, and audit functions, including working within a Line of Defense (LoD) framework.
