Job Summary

Senior leader responsible for translating demand into supply across adidas' Product Supply Interface, driving on-time availability and inventory performance. Leads a high-performing hub team, coordinates with NAM Supply Chain Management and Commercial teams, and steers Demand/Supply consensus to optimize inventory, availability, and profitability while implementing key SCM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Product Supply Interface department and manage day-to-day performance and development activities to support availability targets.
•Create visibility into NAM projected availability and inventory performance; identify risks and opportunities; drive actions with business partners.
•Lead regular Demand / Supply Consensus and Availability meetings for all Business Units, in partnership with Demand Planning.
•Collaborate with Business Unit and Demand Planning Management to develop inventory/purchasing plans that support sales strategies and inventory targets.
•Translate commercial needs related to availability into Supply Chain requirements/solutions and support key SCM/Product Supply initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, and five years of related work experience in a supply chain management role (or seven years in lieu of a bachelor’s degree).
•Experience with supply/demand models, production forecasting, purchasing practices, terminology, basic finance, and supply chain principles.
•Experience with the flow of product from sourcing to customer and profitability drivers.
•Ability to lead and develop a high performing team; manage hub employees; set goals and ensure succession plans.
•Strong collaboration skills to lead Demand Planning and Availability meetings and translate commercial needs into supply chain requirements.
