Job Summary

Maintain and improve material handling equipment (robots, conveyors, elevators, belts) at the Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC), monitoring machines and systems to quickly resolve issues. Lead planned maintenance, 5S on site, and safety compliance; act as shift leader in the absence of the shift leader; collect/analyze data to improve equipment reliability and participate in projects introducing new equipment or systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor machine and system status to ensure on-time operations and respond quickly to faults.
•Perform planned maintenance (inspections, cleaning) following defined procedures to ensure safety and on-time execution.
•Conduct daily 5S activities (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain).
•Adhere to safety regulations and collaborate with safety personnel as needed.
•In the absence of the supervisor, lead the shift and coordinate with client operation leaders to meet daily maintenance and operation plans.
