Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert for GPS products and lead UK CMB GPS strategic initiatives across pricing and billing, owning requirements for the global revenue management and billing platform.
  • •Drive simplification for customers, frontline teams, and operations to improve usability and service outcomes.
  • •Define the target operating model, roadmap, and strategy for billing across GPS products and services; map end-to-end pricing and billing processes and remediate control/process gaps.
  • •Provide project and management reporting covering trends, product issues, risks, opportunities, and threats to support risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • •Own governance for UK GPS billing rules, manage regulatory/audit-related work and issue management, and support customer refunds/redress activities aligned to governance decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate commercial banking or product management capability with strong background in commercial cash management and end-to-end product performance (pricing to invoicing to financial reporting).
  • •Experience delivering payment and cash management product systems deployments; pricing and billing systems experience in banking is an advantage.
  • •Knowledge of banking operations, payment systems, and technology; able to translate complex architectures into clear requirements and controls.
  • •Advanced Excel capability with confidence working with large datasets to identify outliers, issues, and remediation actions.
  • •Effective programme/project delivery skills with risk and control mindset, planning/prioritisation, and the ability to influence stakeholders across organisational levels.
