Retail Regional Manager - Pittsburgh, Youngstown, and Ohio Valley areas

Direct the development and execution of a retail banking strategy for a large geographic market, driving financial goals and sales/service delivery across a large branch network. Oversee consumer banking sales and service for up to 175 branches, manage branch operations and key functions including facilities and security, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Serve as a resource for complex customer and employee issues and participate in selling efforts to significant clients.
