Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily warehouse operations across inbound receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, putaway, and outbound shipping.
  • •Ensure operational processes comply with SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • •Monitor and improve daily performance metrics (throughput, productivity, UPH, and service level) and take corrective actions.
  • •Develop staffing plans and allocate labor resources based on forecasted volumes; identify and resolve bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and workflow backlogs.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and frontline associates; serve as the primary escalation point for shift-level operational issues and drive timely resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong workforce planning and labor management skills to allocate resources based on changing volume needs.
  • •Ability to solve problems and make decisions to manage operational disruptions while maintaining service levels under pressure.
