Provide client service in person and on the phone by building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Deliver consultative financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other product lines, while supporting teller duties as needed. •Support the team sales process through consultative conversations and referring more complex needs/goals to internal specialists.
•Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and advance knowledge through sales/service/product meetings, training classes, and web-based learning.
•Advise on consumer lending options, take loan applications, and adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of client sales and service experience.

•Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
•Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including meeting applicable NMLS background check requirements.
