Oversee and execute global office construction and renovation projects from planning through completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, facilities teams, vendors, and real estate partners to deliver multi-discipline office builds on time and within budget. Lead international office openings and drive standardization across SpaceX sites, enabling efficient, high-quality spaces that support our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of global office construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence with high customer satisfaction
•Lead multi-discipline construction projects in the field and office, coordinating with architects, engineers, real estate teams, and internal customers
•Serve as the overall construction project manager and owner for global office initiatives
•Perform project control tasks including scheduling and cost control, and manage design-construction coordination with field teams
•Coordinate with end users, facilities teams, and operations for building turnover, maintenance planning, and ongoing support

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering or construction management
•1+ year of professional experience in construction, architecture, or facilities management
•Experience managing commercial office fit-out or renovation projects
•Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations; mark up coordination items
•Proficient in coordinating with contractors, architects, real estate and internal teams; strong scheduling and cost control skills
