Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day floor support for continuous improvement around ECIS and productivity improvements.
  • •Attend Tier meetings; collect and analyze 5S, productivity, and other manufacturing data to drive safety, productivity, 5S, and cost improvements.
  • •Lead problem-solving efforts based on Tier issues and serve as a site 5-Why expert.
  • •Assist with Current/Future Value Stream Map creation, standard work/time studies, line balancing, and work instructions.
  • •Manage and improve the site 5S program and support Level 1/Level 2 kaizen events; assist with RIE preparation and monitor the CI for Everyone program.
