Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Electro-Mechanical) Second Shift – Millennium Space Systems

Drive and improve manufacturing execution for electro-mechanical production at Millennium Space Systems. You’ll develop and maintain manufacturing processes, track production progress and resolve issues, and investigate defects to reduce inefficiencies. Lead teams, establish production schedules, and perform staffing and cost analyses, including support for major capital expenditures. This role is fully onsite on 2nd shift in El Segundo, supporting space missions tied to national security.
