Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify prospects and develop/maintain relationships to profitably expand treasury management business.
  • •Manage portfolios of existing and new-to-bank clients to drive deposit growth and minimize attrition.
  • •Conduct independent and co-dependent sales calls to generate Treasury Management and deposit business against YoY goals.
  • •Advise on deposit, treasury management, risk, and liquidity needs while ensuring adherence to credit policies and mitigating legal/reputational risks.
  • •Design customer-centric treasury solutions, set onboarding expectations, and communicate operational credit exposures and other risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 193,800 - 221,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 6 years of financial services experience.
  • •At least 5 years of sales experience.
  • •At least 5 years of treasury management experience.
  • •In-depth treasury management product knowledge and strong oral/written communication.
