Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and supporting clients’ personal and financial needs.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide effective, customized recommendations during in-person and phone conversations.
  • •Open and manage a range of consumer and small business accounts, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Meet individual activity and sales goals and manage internal and external centers of influence to acquire and deepen relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions; assist with teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web).
