•Color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles as part of the reconditioning process.

•Maintain production output while working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
•Follow-through on customer commitments by working mandatory overtime as needed.
•Use required safety equipment during painting and vehicle handling tasks.
